Great price great service but damaged product.
Thank you BOE I really appreciate your service, but please read my experience below-
I was not certain at the beginning about the best of electrical, still, I placed my order. They processed it super fast, and I received it in 2 days. That is exceptional **Delhi to Kolkata**, kudos for that.
Come on people I know it will be sitting inside the DB but there are clear signs that It has been dropped multiple times, there is chipping along the corners and most importantly no original box (I don't know it might not come in a box). An 800rs product should deserve some respect. I had to cut 1 star I am sorry, this was my 1st purchase and I didn't expect that.
I will recommend you if you promise to take those minor things right.
and please do some marketing you have much potential, you are going unnoticed.

1. Damaged/chipped product and no box - We sent you 1 pc Fuse Holder. Its original pack has MOQ of 3 pcs, so 1 pc is supplied loose. But even for your 1 pc its packed very extensively - we did bubble wrap and then our own cardboard box. So possibility of damage is minimal. I hope that the product is working as per your needs. Any issues on its functionality please answer us back.
2. Improving our visibility/marketing - Yes that's a very valid point and we are working on improving our digital marketing and influencer channels.
